Matias Xavier Rispau
Matías Xavier Rispau is the visionary director of "Into The Abyss", the movie that laid the foundation for the universe that inspired "The Path Into The Abyss". Born in Florida, Buenos Aires. Matías began experimenting with video art and filmed many videos on VHS, miniDV and Super 8 format, always seeking shades and colors that define him. He gathered experience filming video clips, short films and video art, this being what defined his taste for photography and performance. He constantly strengthens his narrative style with great visual weight without leaving his experimental root.
The Abyss
With the arrival of 'them' from the sky, the world changed forever. In the apocalypse, Bannon tries to escape the city where he's trapped, and along the way, he encounters a stranger who seems to want to help him reach the light. As he seeks to leave the condemned area, he will realize that his very existence must be tested—or he will perish in the Abyss.
